My want to consult: I agree that could be allergies, but since predominates in one eye and there is pain in the tip of the nose, you may want to consider a consultation with an eye doctor, one concern to me could be a herpes zoster ophthalmicus. Although not common, an early treatment can ameliorate the symptoms
