So a doctor here told me i got stable angina i looked up that i can take 2 baby aspirin daily for it but what else can i do at home wise any recommendations?

Angina: Would suggest caution at this point and using recommendations from this site. You will need a firm diagnosis substantiated by a detailed history, thorough physical exam and tests as needed. Stable angina is a serious condition and treatment has to be recommended by a cardiologist, at a minimum your primary care doc. The risk of self medicating for a possible condition outweighs the benefits of it.
