None of these drugs interact with each other. You may take them in the morning or at night , together or separately.

Your medication combinations are not unusual, and none of these drugs cause any significant drug-drug interactions or additive side effects. As long as you ingest the recommended dosages daily, how you arrange this is of no impact. Follow your physicians' guidelines.

My advice will be taking Metoprolol in the morning and Losartan in the evening. Although these 2 BP meds are long acting meds but taking them separately will keep your BP stable through 24 hours. Furthermore, it is better to take Metoprolol in the morning because this medication slows down the heart rate and the heart rate may dip too much at night time during sleep.
