I am 3 weeks pregnant (just found out today) & have had back pain for 3 weeks. is it possible to have lower back pain since conception/implantation?i could this be ectopic pregnancy pain or is it to early for that??

If the pain is : getting worse, go to urgent care/ER, for evaluation. If not getting worse, talk to your doctor to be sure.
