My fiance broke into fever yesterday (38.1), and today we both have mild coughs. i've yet to have a fever, however i have been feeling fatigued and have been getting chills. is there need for concern with regard to covid-19, or could this be just flu?

Possible: You may have influenza or coronavirus infections. Monitor your temperatures, drink fluids, rest and remain at home. If you experience shortness of breath or worsening, discuss testing with your PCP. The cough associated with COVID-19 is usually dry and nasal discharge is not a prominent feature.
