Likely normal: New i rarely sleep more than 3-4 hrs without cycling through a wake period. Their flabby/weak belly muscles often need heir fussing/breathing muscles to push food along or poop. When they fuss the belly gets hard & people assume pain yet they feed & go back to sleep. If the kid is feeding & growing I think it is likely okay.
