Was given ketoconazole for itching and clindamycin for scalp bumps and doxycycline antibiotic for folliculitis... i have alot of pain that doesn't seem to be going away.. what could this be? allergic reaction?

Scalp pain: Scalp pain. An allergy would be possible. I see you were given ketoconazole for a fungal infection. Topical antifungals will not be effective for a fungal infection of the scalp. An oral agent would need to be used.
