Folliculitis: Recurrent folliculitis may be csused by a staph infection. Apply an antibiotic ointment to your nostrils 4 times daily. Take baths in warm soapy water with 3-4 tbls of bleach added to the water twice daily. Ask your doctor for another antibiotic specific for staph. The use of the antibiotic ointment should cut down on reinfecting yourself, *.
