I had a transvaginal ultrasound on cd10 and it showed 2 big follicles at a routine checkup. on cd19 i got a positive lh surge result on a ovulation test, when i noticed tender nipples and increased cm. how is that possible?

Ovulation delays,: irregularity, can be from polycystic ovarian syndrome, or thyroid issues, to name a few possible causes. Testing with your doctor can be helpful, and chart a treatment plan if needed.
