Is there any information suggesting vegetarians and vegans are more or less susceptible to covid-19 than people who eat meat and animal products?

No: There is no scientific or medical evidence of either. Healthy eating in general may lead to a healthier immune system and therefore someone could be less ill from any infection.

No: What is important is that any person have a balanced diet. As long as there are no significant deficiencies it should be fine.
