See dermatologist: Sounds like an irritant contact dermatitis, or if she is ill with a cold virus, she might have theses skin findings also. See dermatologist. Perhaps cold water soaks for 20-15 mins might be helpful , followed by the application of an otc hydrocortisone cream until she is evaluated by the dermatologist
