Shaking: the described symptoms and features are not typical of cardiac issues. Perhaps you are experiencing rigors, a temperature check would greatly helped in narrowing down the differential list, physical symptoms off an illness might be exaggerated due to your history of anxiety

It rare but when im not sleepy but try to sleep, i close my eyes, my heart feels like its racing and my head starts to think of weird things.
Pressure all around ears & base of skull. most pressure under and at temple of right ear. Getting a rush of burning feeling in my head and ears, uncomfortable. Trouble sleeping, hard to slow heart beat, throbbing in head and rush of pressure.
