I have ibs and also have constant mild joint pain in my hands, feet, and right knee. i dont have any stiffness, swelling, or numbness and i recently had esr, c reactive protein, and cbc blood work which came back fine. what could it possibly be?

IBD?: Often difficult to distinguish IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) from IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease). Sound similar but entirely different conditions. IBD can cause joint problems. Check with Gastroenterologist
