Im 22. 1cm nodes in l5 cervical region shown as likely reactive after ultrasound. however, my blood tests showed 16 for crp, 239 ldh, 14% lymphocytes, and 65 high esr. had normal abdomen ct today too. is malignancy or inflammation more likely?

Symptoms: And recent medical history, such as colds, recent mono or sore throats are extremely important. What triggered the workup? Inflammation remains more likely, but context is missing and clinical impression is affected by partial picture.

Watch and wait: You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
