Universal precaution: Children and adults need to follow the same precautions. Limited outings/contacts, frequent hand washing/sanitizing, mask if going to a public place, avoid touching face. If they are sick, keep them quarantined to one room/bathroom to avoid spread. Most children will not show severe symptoms if they are covid positive.

Avoid COVID 19: Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others (outside of family you live with). Stay away from crowds. Stay home as much as possible. Eat healthfully & sleep adequate amounts.
