Isolation: Keeping them away from other people is the best option. If they do go out, wearing a mask and gloves will offer some protection. Encourage them to wash their hands with soap and water after any possible exposure. Getting groceries delivered helps decrease possible exposure. Exercise is important and walking wearing a mask and staying at least 6 feet from other people is a good option.

Protection: Wash hands often with warm water & soap for at least 20 seconds. Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth unless hands have just been washed. Use a face covering or mask when in public. Practice social distancing – stay at least 6 feet from others (outside of family you live with). Stay away from crowds. Stay home as much as possible. Eat healthfully & sleep adequate amounts.
