Worry a little: You can get COVID-19 virus from any close contacts who are contagious, or get it by hand to mouth/nose if your hands pick up viruses from surfaces. We are in a pandemic, so assume all persons you meet may have the virus. People are contagious maybe 2-3 days after getting the virus, or 2 days before showing symptoms. Worry more, if that fits your timeline. Worry less, if it does not fit. (3/29/20)

Don't worry: Better not to worry but rather to be educated about precautions you should take and symptoms that might develop. Don't be scared, be smart. Most people your age who are generally healthy have no symptoms or only mild illness if they are infected with COVID 19. If you have symptoms, isolate yourself, hydrate yourself and consult a local provider if you develop respiratory symptoms or fever.
