Immune system: Boosting immune system can't be done with a pill, potion, or OTC products. Get 7-8 hours sleep nightly. Put yourself on strict time schedule. Brush/floss/see Dentist 2x/year. Eat well balanced diet, high fiber, low fat, lots of fruits/vegs, avoid fast foods. Avoid expensive supplements. Have yearly physical. Don't smoke anything. No recreational drugs. Regular exercise. And have good genes.
