Only the flu: Vaccines are specific to those viruses they are meant for. To my knowledge there is no cross immunity between the flu shot and the covid virus

Flu and COVID 19: The influenza vaccine is specific for the types of influenza that are likely over flu season. Influenza is different from Coronavirus. However, it is very important to get the influenza vaccine as FLU and COVID 19 can present very similarly which could confusion as to correct diagnosis. One could also get concurrent infections.
