So i sat down in bed and my neck popped it does this soemtimes but then a minute later i felt like my neck moved like it shifted on the bone should i be worried? my necks a little sore i have scoliosis and neck degeneration

Neck shifted : If a patient told reports neck bone shifting I would order a flexion and extension cervical (neck) x-ray. This can be ligament weakening or damage.

My neck is always popping it sounds like its coming from the bone at the base of my neck. I have neck degergation and scoliosis in 2 spots of my back theres no pain when it pops but my neck and shoulders are always tight what could this be?
