My neck is always popping it sounds like its coming from the bone at the base of my neck. i have neck degergation and scoliosis in 2 spots of my back theres no pain when it pops but my neck and shoulders are always tight what could this be?

Orthopedic surgeon!: If you have a background of problems with your spine I suggest you make an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. Try to put some local heat ( special seed pillow, electric pillow etc) while you seek care!
