Stress reaction in side of knee. took 2 weeks off in february then ran once a week. now ive had 2 more weeks off and knee feels good. do you think i can start running?

Try it: Since all knee discomfort has resolved, I would try running but start slowly and for shorter distances. Increase both as tolerated. If knee symptoms recur, consult an orthopedic specialist for evaluation and advice.
