Check it out: I would suggest that you get your knee checked ot either at a sports medicine clinic or by a physiatrist/physical medicine doctor--they specialize in the softer parts of the skeleton, the insides of joints, the tendons and ligaments, etc.. There may be something wrong inside your knee if it hasn't resolved after a year, it is unlikely to resolve in another year. Don't put it off any longer.
