Too much, too soon.: Your knee is telling you that it has not completely healed yet. Talk to your the doc that diagnosed the stress reaction, your PCP, sports medicine doc or orthopedist as well as the coach and trainer. You need to more gradually increase time/distance and do proper stretching, warming-up and cooling-down.
