UTI: Amoxicillin/clavulanic acid would most likely be effective against simple lower urinary tract infections making it unnecessary to take cefuroxime as well. A pretreatment urine culture and sensitivity, if done, would be confirmatory. If you have to, you can take both antibiotics together. Amoxw/clavulanic is hard on the stomach and should be taken with food in the stomach.

Interaction: While taking both medications should be interaction free, it's overmedication. Please review your meds with whoever prescribed them for you and see if your intake should be adjusted. Know also that Pericoronitis will probably require dental treatment in addition to antibiotic.
