Nodule: There is a high probability that this is a benign lesion, but one can't be sure. Not all patterns of calcification are the same. Some are more suspIcious. I feel your MD should sit down with the radiologist who interpreted the study and get his/her sense and advice about further studies which could be helpful such as a pet scan, needle biopsy, consultation with a pulmonologist, or just a repeat CT

Had a Chest CT scan, what does this all mean? Anything to worry about? Mild bilateral apical scarring. Calcified right upper lobe granuloma (4, 94). Calcified granulomas are also present (4, 172 and 129). Punctate right lower lobe nodule (4, 229)?
CT scan of chest May 2022 showed Scattered multiple Part Solid Nodules, non-calcified, each 6mm, smoker 42 years. Repeat CT scheduled for 1 Nov 2022. Occasional cough, chills, night sweats, fatigued. Just worried, my fault, just hard to quit?
