I underwent a spect due to angina and doe and it showed mild fixed inferior wall hypoperfusion with otherwise well maintained motion and thickening. the ekg showed inferior infarct, age undetermined. is this anything serious? do i need further eval?

Stable: This would indicate you have stable area that does get low blood flow and an area of infarct. This can probably be managed medically. If your angina would change. That is come on with rest or with less activity you should probably be evaluated with catheterization.
