Don't worry: Depending on the placement of the leads it could show a possible septal infarct in a normal patient. Age undetermined just means there was no prior or the computer has nothing to compare to say it's new compared to an old ecg. Sinus bradycardia is just means the heart rate is slow. All these findings are not concerning.
