Depends on symptoms: If there are no symptoms like bladder/pelvic pressure, urinary frequency, pelvic pain or heavy bleeding then a follow up visit with a GYN MD in 6 months for pelvic/ultrasound exam should be sufficient. Any of the above symptoms may require interventional procedures.
