A member asked:

Can a tumor and fibroids on my uterus be from to many lower stomach ct scans done from the radiation.test said no cancer but i'm worried lab mistake?

NO: No radiation from diagnostic tests , like ct , x-rays , angiograms will not give cancers the radiation from them is very small , don't worry. If test says you have no cancer , you have no cancer , lab mistakes are rare , speak to your doctor , will explain your problem, if you are not happy take a second opinion

I doubt it: Ct scans do cause some small radiation exposure but it is ever so small that they are medically safe and commonly used for last 40 years without any proof of farm. You need to worry less as cancer is not likely in a 24 year old. So think positive and beleive in your doctor's judgement and advice to you.
