Have some white vaginal discharge. doctor ran a culture panel and it is negative for bacteria and yeast. ive been in surgical menopause for 12 years. can white discharge be normal? i have no itching either.

If no itching: can be normal. Some cases, thinning of the vaginal tissues can cause this. Discuss with your doctor, as treatments are available for atrophic vaginitis.
