It could be: Is it REALLY a cut? Did you/someone visualize it? Often people describe the feeling as if there were a cut of some sort but actually there's no break in the skin and it's just from the intense irritation. Your best bet is to see your doctor for direct examination of the area, the discharge, and obvious culture. You'll no doubt be placed on some type of prescription & no Sex right now.
