NAFLD and NSAIDS: Based on the review below ibuprofen has been widely studied and has a low risk (though not zero ) , as does Naprosyn .Celebrex also appears to have a low incidence of GI side effects. Side effects appear increased when other medications that affect liver function are used like Augmentin. PPIs.
