Your AST, ALT & GGT: are within normal limits. I can't comment on the IFCC. Liver enzymes are generally highest with acute inflammation or injury. Because it doesn't cause significant inflammation, liver enzymes may be normal in Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver. It's important that your doctor diagnoses & treats the cause (s) of your NAFL b/c, without treatment, it can lead to cirrhosis (diffuse scarring) of the liver.
