For six months I have pressure and fuzziness in my head, I am weak, no appetite, tired. Can this be a sinus issue. MRI of brain, CT scan of abdomen and pelvis are normal. I do not know what to do, I am loosing hope of getting better.

I have been having a pressure in my head for 6 months now It all started with me feeling dizzy one night and waking up with pressure in my head the next day. All blood tests have come back normal. What could be causing this? Could it be sinus related
I have had pressure in the back of my head, and neck, and also dizziness over the course of a month. I have had CT scans of head, CT scans of abdomen, EKG'S, blood work. All normal, accept for elevated HCT, RBC, and HGB. Is this just my anxiety?
Would a brain tumor cause painful throbbing spot on lower right side occiput? Normal neuro exam but the HA are every week and Im worried. Also feel like right ear is stopped up but no congestion. Sometimes HA moves to temples and sides of head.
