3 mths ago, i begin having sinus issues. symptoms: stuffy nose, congestion, throbbing pressure by temple, ear, cheek, left side of face, little on right by ear. blood test normal except amylase 250, lipase normal, abdominal/pelvis ct scan was norm?

I have been having a pressure in my head for 6 months now It all started with me feeling dizzy one night and waking up with pressure in my head the next day. All blood tests have come back normal. What could be causing this? Could it be sinus related
I have had pressure in the back of my head, and neck, and also dizziness over the course of a month. I have had CT scans of head, CT scans of abdomen, EKG'S, blood work. All normal, accept for elevated HCT, RBC, and HGB. Is this just my anxiety?
Would a brain tumor cause painful throbbing spot on lower right side occiput? Normal neuro exam but the HA are every week and Im worried. Also feel like right ear is stopped up but no congestion. Sometimes HA moves to temples and sides of head.
