What do you do when childhood memories trigger depression all the time even on antidepressants?

Work on it: You should share the issue with your therapist & learn a skill set of ways to handle these issues. Don't expect meds to keep you happy.

Processing needed: Often counseling and different cognitive strategies the best for such memories, if not in counseling, you need that . Also EMDR is an energy medicine technique quite helpful as well . https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/therapists/emdr. Best Wishes
