Lexapro (escitalopram) 10mg in am: Good class of medications to start are SSRIs. From that class Lexapro (escitalopram) or celexa (citalopram) if your insurance does not cover the more expensive Lexapro. Starting doses are for Lexapro 10mg usually in the morning and 20mg for celexa, also in the morning.
