A member asked:

I went to hospital. dr said it was low blood sugar that caused the vertigo but upon arrival they thought a fib too.. r they related?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If you don't: Have diabetes and aren't on medication that can cause your sugar to drop, it wasn't due to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). That doesn't happen. Atrial fib is a possibility, along with multiple other causes. Follow up with your doctors.
