Hi, i have been experiencing on and off diarrhea for the past month with severe abdominal cramps. i have recently started having on and off intense fever bouts, from extremely hot to extremely cold. i have constant shakes and feel dizzy and weak.

May need ER visit: Many things are in the abdomen: stomach, pancreas, liver, small intestine, gall bladder, large intestine, etc... An exam by a primary care doctor can help figure it out, but when feeling dizzy and weak, getting a ride to the ER is a good idea. Pain in the upper abdomen, especially if occurring after eating, can be due to gall bladder disease, stomach flu, pancreatitis, stomach ulcers, etc...
