Everything/nothing: Not to be glib, but you have described a large number of very non-specific (in the medical sense) symptoms. To cull through all of the possibilities and generate a reasoned and rational differential diagnosis and ultimately arrive at a diagnosis will require an extensive history-taking and a thorough physical examination. Most likely tests as well. Don't try to take a short cut.
