Probably a viral: gastroenteritis but can't exclude food poisoning. If the symptoms last more than 24 hours you should see a health care provider for evaluation.

Hi, I have been experiencing on and off diarrhea for the past month with severe abdominal cramps. I have recently started having on and off intense fever bouts, from extremely hot to extremely cold. I have constant shakes and feel dizzy and weak.
