Hi, my father is 62 and has recently started having dizzy spells.. he has no pre-existing conditions. when this happens hes weak, his temperature goes from very hot, to very cold, but no fever; could you help me understand why this could be?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor, preferably a neurologist. Make sure he drinks enough water so that his urine is mostly colorless. Wish you and your father good health!
