Pulled my harmstring in august last year whilst training for a marathon, took time off and recently got back into running again but find it not healed properly yet after all this time ?

Hamstring pain ?'s: Disuse and resumption of running after a long absence can injure other areas of the hamstring group. The original injury should have been well healed , but someone who has been used to running (especially someone who trained for a marathon) may use training methods from memory when muscles were more used to more strenuous activity,
