my husband's blood pressure has been running very high recently. it was 190/123 the last time he checked. went to dr and they upped his meds. any suggestions on how to lower it? blood pressure

Get care immediately: If his BP remains this high on 1-2 more readings, immediately get him to his doctor— urgent care or ER if necessary. This is life threatening and need treatment NOW. Good luck.
