A member asked:

I recently had a ct scan for my sinuses and it was discovered that there is a calcified tapeworm. i was told not to worry about it. but then again i am asking myself if this is not at all the cause of my headaches? should i be worried?

Does not add up: Tape worms do not infect the sinuses, so tit is not clear how would you find a calcified tape worm there? You may need to discuss it with the radiologist in collaboration with your primary care provider. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/. Wish you good health!
