Post-ext pain: Post extraction pain depends on the degree of difficulty of the surgery, the raining/skill/experience of the operator, your general health, your pain tolerance, your ability to follow post-surgical instructions, total avoidance of smoking, total avoidance of alcohol, ability to consume a soft high-protein diet, and so many other factors. You will be the most sore the day after the extractions.
