Docs, usually how long is recovery time for wisdom teeth being cut out?

Depends: Ask your surgeon – it could be the next day to a week. Depends on the positon of these teeth and the surgery techniques necessary.

It can vary: Every patient reacts and recovers from a surgical procedure differently. Some of the factors that may influence your recovery time may include the difficulty of the surgical procedure, if and what type of sedation was used, and more importantly, your perception of pain vs soreness and how you handle it. My patients are advised to take it easy for the first day or two following surgery.
