Is it normal for the fibula head on right leg to be more prominent/bigger than left side? i believe what im touching is the fistula head at the side of my knee, just below the knee. no pain

Likely: Normal variation. It probably has to do with functional variation in use as we see typically in the upper extremities with the dominant side stronger than the non dominant side.
