Sleep: Melatonin is commonly helpful for sleeping and this can be taken be at night. Benadryl can work as an available OTC sleep aid and can help. The old combination of milk and turkey sandwich is valid as this increases your tryptophan and causes sleep. Other things to do are to make sure elcetronic appliances are not in the bedroom (TV, computer etc. ) . Quiet time reading till sleepy can help.
