Sleep: Try adding a 3-5 mg tablet at bed time to help you sleep.

If you don't need : An antipsychotic, then you could try trazodone. Start on a low dose under doctor's supervision and then gradually increase by 50 mg a night until you are sleeping adequately but not hungover the next day.
